Office PLM User Licenses allow users to log into and use the Office PLM Client. Office PLM Licenses are 'floating' which means that each User in Office PLM is assigned a License Type and the installation of Office PLM is allocated a certain number of each type of license based on your purchase. When a user is logged into Office PLM they will take one of the available licenses of their assigned type and it will be assigned to them until they log out of Office PLM. If a user tries to log in and no licenses of their assigned type are available, they will NOT be able to access Office PLM until an additional license becomes available, either from someone else logging out or from an additional license purchase.
The number of Office PLM User licenses of each type that you purchase determines the number of OfficePLM Users of each type allowed to access the system simultaneously.
An Office PLM User License allows a user to log in and use data stored in Office PLM (based on their permissions) including checking in and out data, modifying data records, editing files, and using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint application integrations.

Office PLM CAD Integration Licenses allow any Office PLM User with a Full Use license type the additional use of the Office PLM CAD Integration, providing the ability to save CAD data into Office PLM seamlessly. Office PLM CAD Integration licenses are also 'floating' and are assigned to a user once an Office PLM User accesses the Office PLM integration menu from within the CAD software, and releases the license once that user closes the CAD software session OR after a period of inactivity to Office PLM Functions is detected.
The number of CAD Integration licenses you purchase determines how many CAD users can access the Office PLM CAD Integration simultaneously.
The Office PLM CAD Integration License provides CAD users with the ability to save and manipulate their models and drawings directly into Office PLM with a variety of functions built as an integrated ribbon menu inside of the CAD application.

The Advanced Reporting (SSRS) License is a one-time purchase Add-On that allows for custom-built SSRS reports to be created and accessible in the Office PLM Client application. These reports can be developed in-house or by one of Office PLM's skilled consultants (as a custom project) using Microsoft's SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and configured to be displayed in various ways with the Office PLM Management Console.
**NOTE - All installations of Office PLM come with a few built-in standard reports like Licensing and Availability, Document Counts and Status, Part Counts and Status, and a BOM Comparison Report. This Add-On license allows for unlimited additional reports based in SSRS to be configured and added to Office PLM.

These steps include Server-Side Email Notification, Conditional Branching, Item Distribution, and Custom Code Execution steps. This add-on is designed to provide you more options for efficiency in your workflows.
**Office PLM comes with several basic workflow steps that suit the needs of basic workflows. This add-on enables several more advanced steps.

Microsoft Outlook Integration
The Microsoft Outlook Integration License(s) enable each licensed OfficePLM User to store received emails and attachments in Office PLM via an OfficePLM ribbon menu directly in the Microsoft Outlook application. It also enables OfficePLM users to store sent emails and attachments in Office PLM as well as allow Office PLM users access to reusable Email Templates for standardizing and simplifying your email notifications.
Microsoft Outlook Integration Licenses are 'Floating' and are assigned to a user once an Office PLM User accesses the Office PLM integration menu from within Outlook, and releases the license once that user closes the Outlook OR after a period of inactivity to Office PLM Functions is detected.
